UNLOCK YOUR MULADHARA POWER

I offer a personalized, one-on-one training program, twice a week, that combines hypopressive and osteopathic methods with yoga, breathwork, and mindful movement. This approach aims to help you address pelvic floor and spinal issues. Clients typically notice significant improvement in their pelvic floor and spine after the first few sessions. Progressive relief is experienced with consistent training.

The relief is usually long-lasting once it becomes a habit. Most people who practice twice a week completely overcome their persistent and chronic ailments within about three months.

Knowing that you’re not exacerbating any injuries nor hindering your healing. While you increase your strength in your spine and pelvic floor.

Select your slots from twice a week. If you can’t organize yourself at first, you can book individual sessions.

But remember that consistency in this mindful method is key for your body to memorize healthy postural patterns aligned with who you truly are, and for you to eliminate what is toxic to your body and mind.

Remember: with an aligned spine and a strong base (your pelvic floor), you will reconnect with your center and your self-support.

A firm, flexible, and aligned spine means many things:

It’s the foundation for having more vital energy. You’ll also understand that when you align your spine, you align your being with your purpose. And of course, you live in coherence and in the present moment.

Experience sessions with the safety and privacy of your personal space, eliminating the need for travel. Online option available.

While Kegel exercises derive from yoga breathing techniques, these sessions offer a more comprehensive approach. Instead of viewing the problem from just one angle, we incorporate a holistic view, drawing from osteopathy and hypopressive methods. My approach doesn’t stop there; we delve into the pure, time-honored healing traditions of yoga and the mindful movements of ancestral dances. In every session, participants gain new insights tailored to their whole self.

This potent program is crafted to rejuvenate your agility, strength, flexibility and energy, and harmonize your body’s systems.
